Can I just say, wow, after you left, everyone still continued to speak about the food. You gave us all a night to remember, something I don’t think will ever be able to recreate. I tell you, chef, it’s not often you love every single dish that is served, especially with a few courses, but I’ll be honest, every single course was incredible! You made magic with potatoes, I did not know prawns could taste like that, lamb necks with tiny rotis, loved it. Pina colada sorbet with dragon fruit, I’m buying an ice cream machine tomorrow so I can experience this again, and I don’t usually like figs, but I would eat that a million times over. Oh, and the cake was insane.
Basically, thank you for everything today! Could not have done it without you, and your humbleness and care for your craft are so rare in this day.
